Health data and money need more care than an ordinary shop. These rules are written into the platform, not left to good intentions.
ZAMRA checks
Every pharmacy's licence is checked, and expires automatically in the system when it does in real life.
Encrypted prescriptions
Stored encrypted, every view logged, never shown to riders.
The paper original
The rider collects the original prescription, as the law requires.

Pickup and delivery codes prove who had the order, and when.
